First Time Getting Lashes? Here’s what you can expect and how to show up ready for the appointment:

Arrive at your appointment with NO eye makeup on (mascara, eyeliner, shadow, concealer, etc) and clean lashes that are washed with an oil-free or lash cleanser. If you do not have a cleanser please arrive early and we will provide one for you to use. Clean lashes are essential to ensure the glue bonds to the natural lash only and not makeup or dirt. This will give you the best retention! Any extra time used for cleansing will be cutting out of your lashing time.

Remove contact lenses.

Silence your cell phone to ensure a relaxing appointment for all clients. We provide you with a charging station if you need to juice up your battery during your appointment.

Dress for comfort! During your full set appointment, you will be laying down for a minimum of 1 hour 40 minutes. You will be in a comfortable recliner. Feel free to bring headphones while we focus on giving you the best set of eyelashes. Be ready to relax and open your eyes to beautiful lashes!

Chemotherapy Treatment- Please consult with your doctor before, during, and after chemotherapy treatment to get his approval when you can have extensions. Your skin may be sensitive, have a reaction, or have other issues due to the chemotherapy treatment. So please consult with your doctor first.
AFTERCARE-
Now you need to know how to take care of them and make sure they last and you don't cause any damage to those healthy natural lashes supporting your fresh extensions.

DON'T PICK OR PULL!
This single act can cause the most damage and can result in poor new growth of your natural lash. If your lash extensions are causing discomfort, let your lash artist know immediately! This could be an allergic reaction or improper application of your lash extensions. Lashes should never feel like they are poking you!

NO OILS
Oils break the glue bond from your eyelash extension to your natural lash. If the glue bond is weak, you'll lose lashes quicker than you want! Choose oil-free facial cleansers and lotions. Any gel, cream, or pencil eyeliners are a big no-no. Only use felt or pen-tipped liners or powder with a dampened brush. Avoid touching your lashes since we naturally produce oils in our bodies. Some people have more oily skin, so it's crucial to follow aftercare to keep the adhesive strong!

SWEAT/HUMIDITY
Yogis, Spinners, runners, and sauna/steam room soakers, this is for you: The salt in our sweat breaks down the adhesive just like oils do. If your daily HIIT makes sweat drip down your face, or if you get to play in the ocean, rinse those lashes off right after! Extension cleanser, baby shampoo, and even saline solution will help wash the salt away. Humidity on the other hand is harder to control and it is not your lashes friend. No saunas ever but if you are going to Mexico or Hawaii, basically accept your fate and schedule fills directly before and after your trip.
BRUSH DAILY
Brushing your lashes daily can be one of the easiest ways to make sure your lashes last.

WASH
Natural oils, debris, and old skin, all of these will get trapped in your lash line and affect your retention.
HOW DO YOU WASH? Lash Shampoo is available at our salon and a fluffy soft eyeshadow brush will be your best friend. Use circular motions and rinse well. NEVER BRUSH YOUR LASHES WET. Pat them dry with a paper towel (never cotton balls) and then brush when dry. Another great way to dry them is to use a blow dryer on cool, keeping them at arm's length away.

NO MASCARA
NEVER USE MASCARA WITH VOLUME/HYBRID LASHES. If you feel like you need to apply even just a little bit to get you to your next fill....you are waiting too long in between your fills! Mascara is all oil. folks. Even applying it for ONE day will forever close your fans up and begin breaking down the glue.

SLEEP HABITS
Try not to sleep on your face. This can make your lashes fall out. Side sleepers can make those beautiful outer lashes fall off sooner than later open the favored side. Get a satin pillowcase!
Lavish Salon Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to give a notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. We strive to optimize our daily appointments to maintain a sustainable income for our team. Your timely cancellations help us ensure that our appointment slots are efficiently utilized and allow us to accommodate our valued clients.
A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, or a failure to attend an appointment without notification, severely impacts our ability to offer that time to other clients on our waitlist or adjust other clients to that time.
Please reach out to us directly at 360-397-7776 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointments, all calls are timestamped 24/7 and this is the most efficient. We will provide you with a confirmation. Our online system does not support rescheduling or cancelations. If you are unable to make your appointment and have a friend or family member willing to take your slot, that would also be acceptable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
